Allumia Ventures forms inaugural advisory board
Healthcare leaders join to deepen Allumia’s connectivity into industry stakeholders and emerging opportunities
SEATTLE, Wash., Oct. 20, 2025 – Allumia Ventures today announced the formation of its inaugural Advisory Board, welcoming three senior healthcare executives whose experience spans providers, payors, and health systems. The new board members — Sandra Clarke, Susan Huang, M.D., and Cathy Jacobson — will work closely with Allumia’s investment team to provide strategic guidance on market trends, due diligence, and deal sourcing across the healthcare ecosystem.
Since its spinout from Providence in December 2024, Allumia Ventures has jumpstarted the next chapter of its journey as a leading healthcare venture capital firm, combining deep strategic connectivity with venture-class returns. In 2025 alone, the firm announced exits across six portfolio companies — including Protenus (acquired by BlueSight), IRIS (acquired by Topcon), Omada Health (public), Xealth (acquired by Samsung), Kyruus (acquired by RevSpring), and Press Ganey (acquired by Qualtrics) — while also leading the $26 million Series B investment in Affect, its first investment from Fund III. Allumia also expanded its presence with the opening of a New York City office, expanding the firm’s reach from coast to coast.
“Our advisors bring unmatched perspective from across the healthcare ecosystem — from the front lines of care delivery to the executive suites of payors and health systems,” said Jeff Stolte, Managing Partner at Allumia Ventures. “They’re more than advisors; they’re extensions of our team, helping us identify and support the most impactful companies driving change across healthcare.”
